Each product is made to order, so we offer refunds for damaged or defective goods only. This does not include size changes.

To initiate a return for damaged items: 
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the shipment date.
