    Small group coaching is offered several times a year. We put all the fitness pieces together - nutrition, exercise, daily activity, hydration, and most importantly accountability. If you enjoy being coached with together with a group of women who can support and cheer for each other, this might be a great fit for you.

    What does Small Group Online Coaching entail?

    • Private group setting with weekly meetings to cover important topics, tips, and answer questions.

    • Customized nutrition strategy so you can stay on track & accountable

    • Weekly exercise plan built-in to the your fitness app

  • Personal Coaching

    One-on-one coaching is a custom plan specifically tailored to your needs. We will gather detailed information about you and your goals, and create a plan together. This is a perfect option for women who may want extra accountability, who have some big goals ahead, or who have specialized physical or nutritional consideration. We will meet via phone or video weekly for check-ins, monitoring, tips, and micro-goal setting.

    What does Small Group Online Coaching entail?

    • Weekly 1:1 coaching calls to cover important topics, address concerns, provide tips, and answer questions.

    • Customized nutrition strategy so you can stay on track & accountable

    • Weekly exercise plan that addresses your goals, while balancing your workout preferences

We take a evidence-based, whole-food approach that allows for a wide variety of food, free of deprivation. If your health requires you to cut out a certain food(s), we will absolutely work with you on that.

We work closely with you to give the structure, knowledge, companionship, and accountability that is necessary for success. And when the road gets bumpy, we’ll re-calibrate and continue stronger together.
